I was driving with a cruise control on when I was sitting inside the lake with all scraping dragging from underneath the front driver axle area I immediately pulled over and look under the car there was nothing underneath it that was hanging or dragging. I just had recently replaced the brakes calipers and rotors on both sides the hub assembly and then the passenger side and the lower tie rod on the driver side. It almost feels like the tires are egg shaped when I pull forward or backwards then one spot and then I have not lost any control of my steering or power in the vehicle. Applying the brakes does not affect your change the noise when I accelerate I believe it gets louder

More than likely it's just the dust shield scraping the rotor. Bend it out of the way and you should be fine.
