08 malibu with 41,000 miles slight trans shudder at 35 mph

Hey everyone I just bought a 08 malibu used with 41000 on it and love it so far. The only exception is when I'm drivin through town at 35 to 40, in overdrive, and I let off the gas and gently depress it again, the trans feels like it shudders briefly then stops. This usually occurs when it up shifts. I bought an american car to help support american workers now I'm just hoping that it was the right choice. I work for a large dealership myself but unfortunatly we do not service or sell gm's anymore. it seems more and more the japanese are taking over our market for cars. American car quality is going down and the japan quality is going up. In the service department where I work for nissan, I see more and more people changing from domestic to imports because of quality. Buy american to keep american jobs!
