Is there a 12 volt keyed fuse I can tap into in the fuse panel that is inside the car between the seats? She's a 2010 LT.

If not, were under the hood is there one and how did you get your wire to it?

I picked up a parrott bluetooth system with a wiring harness that plugs easily into the radio and it works. However, I need the power source of a keyed source so the unit will turn off with the car. I tested the system by running it straight to the battery.

Thanks

I did this last night on my 09 LTZ, I used the 10amp sunroof/heated seat circuit. It was rather hard to find a keyed source other than one inside of the car. All the ones I tested were constant 12v.

Fuse panel is behind console cover, front right. When you remove the cover it has the legend on the cover for what fuse is what. There will also be at least one unused terminal. Test it for hot at all times or keyed - I can't remember which it is. You can also get an Add-A-Circuit for the fuse of your choice. It basically T's off of the fuse supply with another fuse socket and a wire to your new circuit and all you have to do is pull the stock fuse, put it into the AAC, plug the AAC in where the stock fuse came from, add another fuse, then wire in your Parrott.

Thanks for the replies. My computer crashed and its now back up. I ended up using the 10 amp fuse for the windshield wipers.

So far this Parrott Bluetooth system seems to work well, calls come through the speakers with no problem, and I have not had any problems with communicating with anyone.
