Could someone please help me with this procedure. I'm not sure how to get at the engine mount on my car to change the lower belt per the repair manual. Any help is appreciated.............pictures are even better if possible.

The engine mount is pretty hard to miss, although the cruise control module does sit above it.

The cruise control box is easy to unclip and move back out of the way.

If you can find the power steering pump, the engine mount you must remove is just next to it.

When you do this, loosen the nuts on the body side of the mount before you do the bolts on the engine side. And you will need to put a scissor jack under that side of the engine to keep it from sagging down.

Once you get the mount plate off, the belt just barely fits between the two sides, but fit it does.

A standard 3/8" drive breaker bar is the right tool for releasing the belt tensioner.

I just did this about a month ago. make sure when you jack the engine up that you put a block of wood between the jack and the engine. Don't want to damage your oil pan.

I put the scissor jack and 2x4 farther forward and to the passenger side of the engine.

Couldn't bring myself to support an engine under its oil pan, even with a block of wood!

It went well, but I hope I didn't strain something else instead....

Thank you all for the responses I have received regarding the serpentine belt replacement. I have been afraid to do this. In addition, do you need a special tool to release the belt tensioner?

I use a 1/2" breaker with a 3/8" adapter on it.

A long enough 3/8" breaker bar would do the job fine (mine barely fits).

The Serpentine Belt tool I bought doesn't fit good enough, alas.

Like others have said 3/8" breaker bar. One of those swivel head varieties should work. If the breaker bar is too thick, you will have a hard time fitting it into the tensioner because their is a frame rail nearby that will get in the way. A nice and thin, standard 3/8" breaker bar will work though.
