[Liquifire]

I wanted to change out the LIM gasket on my wifes car very soon and I was wondering if anyone had a complete parts list of everything that I will need as far as gaskets, o rings, etc. and the torque specs for reassembly. Obviously I will need new thermostat, coolant, and upper and lower intake manifold gaskets but what else do I need? I tried to do a search but could not find anything here. If there is a step by step or parts list that would be great. Thanks in advance.
