Looking for suggestions on folding down the rear seat backs. The owners manual says there are supposed to be two straps - pull the right one to release the right seat, etc. No sign of the straps.
So, assuming the straps are tucked up somewhere and hidden, how do I unlatch the seats? Is this something I can do with a putty knife from inside the trunk or in the rear seat?

Tried the putty knife from inside - no joy. Went to try from inside the trunk, and found the two straps. I was looking too far forward - they're aft of the speakers on the driver side. Now I can haul my skis without spending hundreds for a Thule rack!
