2005 Malibu Classic ~ Few issues - Long Post

Hello Everyone,
I have searched the forums , but haven't been able to find anything. I recently had some front end work done on my car (car was hit by the plow guys at work) Since I got the car back, I have been having some issues. First, the DRL were not working, thus the "service vehicle soon" light was coming on. I found that if I turned my headlights on, the SVS light would not turn on. So that is what I have been doing for a few days (the body shop's mechanic is on vaca) So yesterday I notice that the DRL have started to work again. Happy day! Then last night, I get into my car after work and start her up. I hear a few digital type beeps coming from behind the speedometer. There was no apparent rhyme or reason to them, just random type beeps. These are not from my seat belt, or my door being ajar. It is not a "chime" but a high pitched digital sounding beep. It did it for about five times or so, then it stopped. No indicator lights came on, nothing, car drove fine all the way home. I stopped to get about 5 gallons of gas (3.54/gal OUCH!) and when I started up the car after that, I did not hear those beeps again. Then this morning I went out to the car, and it will not start. It is turning over, but will not start.

Sorry for the long post, but wanted to be as thorough as I possibly could.

Thanks in advance for any help that you guys can offer me!!!

If you didn't have these problems before the plow hit you then you know what to do.

As for the sounds it's hard to say. But DRLs not functioning should not be turning on a CEL (or MIL, SES, SVS) at all. So the CEL earlier was an indication that the repairs are not complete.
