I recently changed my drivers front caliper because the boot was torn and the brake pedal was extremely stiff, and occasionally the brakes would lock up and the car wouldn’t move. After changing the caliper and attempting to bleed the brakes the brake pedal goes to the floor and doesn’t build any braking pressure with all bleeder screws closed. When bleeding the new caliper no fluid comes out under conventional bleeding, but if I take the brake line off at the ABS module brake fluid flows freely through the caliper and bleeder screw. Any suggestions on what to do to make the brakes work again?
