The cooling fan disintegrated on my car while backing up. It ruptured the radiator. The cost to replace these items was $1,166.00. Is there any recall on this problem? My car only has 71,500 miles on it.

No recall or special program I am aware of. Sometimes parts on 13+ year old cars need repair. The miles aren't high but it's still 13 winters, 13 humid summers, and everything between. Unfortunately, it's a reality.

I do agree with you. I just was curious to see if this was a common problem.
