I bought a 2010 Malibu from a dealership about a month ago, and when I hit the on star button to connect to bluetooth, the onstar responds “pardon? You can say things like.. phone..bluetooth..” etc. It recognizes all other commands that i have tried but when I say bluetooth it has a hard time understanding me. I called customer service and they were as stuck as I was. It’s preventing me from connecting my phone in the first place to experience the hands free feature of the car. I saw an earlier post in ‘09 resolving this same issue but the youtube video left on the post is no longer available. Just posting to see if I could circle back and get this issue resolved again????

Bluetooth Command Not Recognized?
Well after I discovered my 09 is Bluetooth capable I tried to pair my phone with my car. I'm following the steps in my owners manual however the second step is to say "bluetooth" after the system says "ready". When I say "bluetooth" the system responds with "pardon??". Without having the system...
