I own a 2011 Chevy Malibu I lost my keys and don’t have a spare set is the key id on the ignition lock cylinder if not please help!

Locksmith. They can take the VIN and call GM to get a key cut. You can't. The locksmith is required (by GM) to confirm ownership of the vehicle and your identity, among other things.
