I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu with a 2.4 blown motor found a used one almost same miles just a 2010 Chevy Malibu engine 2.4L are theses compatible? Someone said something about a port on the head may be different on the 2010 engine?

You asked the same question 2 days ago and should have the answer in post #6 above. You have an LE9, which is a 2.4L that can burn E85 (fuel with up to 85% ethanol) or pure gas. The LE5 can burn up to 10 or 15% ethanol. Replacing the LE9 with a working LE5 should work just fine. Just don't try to make it run on anything with more than 15% ethanol and you should be good.
Use the fuel injectors from your original engine.
If your car has an air injection pump, you need an engine that is set up for air injection. If your car does not have an air injection pump it does not really matter whether or not the engine is set up for air injection.
