This is kind of long I apologize, but this issue has been happening for some time and I can't seem to get it fixed.

I bought this 2012 malibu with 80XXX miles, like brand new. I got an autostart kit installed as a gift. It was working fine then my battery died one day, and I got it replaced. That's where this all started. Since then the car would stop starting randomly. It would crank, but not turnover. I got the autostart uninstalled, thinking that would solve it. It didn't solve it so I took it in to multiple dealerships for a diagnostic. One place said it was my fuel pump relay switch. So that was replaced, but the issue came back a month later and is giving me the same problem. I took it in again, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. The very next day it didn't start again and I couldn't accelerate while driving and had to pull over because the car came to a complete stop while running. I turned it off, went back in the trunk and hit the fuse block and it worked. I brought it back in again, and they said my entire fuse block was bad (burnt switches and wires) and they replaced the whole thing. It was working fine for a week. Now, I have the same issue again and I don't want to go back to that place because it seems like they don't know what they are doing.

I am at a loss here. It seems like fuel isn't going to the engine, that's all I know. This whole time, I've been taking it to GM Certified dealerships, it's very ridiculous how they have charged me for all this with no solution. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Step 1: Get all 4 code families scanned ( B C P U), not just the common P codes.

You could have poor connections or the battery could have been sitting on a shelf for so long that it was weak to begin with. Find the date-of-manufacture code and see if it's from before Covid-19 started.

You may have a odd issue. Take it back as the repair only lasted a week and it's still not right.
