Hey guys I am having a problem with my car I bought the car with a blown motor I replace the motor car ran for 2 weeks last night I went out and the car idling weird the car have a p0697 5v reference circuit 3 I check crankshaft sensor and that work the car crank but don't start any help thank

Shop manual subscription to alldatadiy.com would be a wise thing to do. It's cheap enough. And a good scan tool.

Disconnecting one component at a time from the affected 5 Volt reference circuit while observing the scan tool 5 Volt Reference Circuit Status parameter may help locate the fault. The scan tool parameter will change from Malfunction to OK when the source of the fault is disconnected. If all 5 Volt reference components have been disconnected and a fault is still indicated, the fault may exist in the wiring harness.

The 5 Volt reference 3 circuit provides 5 Volt to the following sensors: (Some models may have different sensors, please consult the factory service manual for the list of sensors for your model and year)

• Accelerator pedal position sensor 2
• Manifold absolute pressure sensor

Update it was the map senor that wasn't working I also found a broken ground wire that I fix now my cooling fans don't turn on it was working b4 I have to check fuse and relay
