I had an issue this morning driving into work all of a sudden the cars steering started acting a little funny while on the freeway and I got a stabilitrak alert on my dashboard. The car seem to start acting funny while driving so I pulled off and took sidestreets but the problem still persisted until I got to work. Any help or suggestions on what to do to fix? I researched a few things but can’t decide what it could be or where to start! I am not the owner, my wife’s father is the owner, he isn’t computer savvy so he asked if I can look into it? Does shutting off help? Has anyone experienced this, the stirring wheel shakes a bit, seemed like the engine was losing power, and the alert on the dash is what pretty much happened at that moment. Does resetting or turning off the feature help? Would I be able to drive it until I can have checked by a service tech ? Road conditions were fine, freeway speeds, with some traffic. No weather issues really ya cause the function to engage. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated
