I’ve always wanted to change the color of the interior ambient lighting located near the door handles and the front dash, I seen a forum where someone said the door lights will be easy but I can’t find anything about the front dash lights, it seems like it would be difficult. Also seen a forum where there’s a secret switch in the front console near the cup holders? Has anyone found that switch and changed the colors of the lights? If so could you pleaseeee explain how to locate the switch or post a picture? Thanks in advance

A secret what now? Nope, no such thing. The secret with the cup holder is: If your fob is dead, you place your remote in there and the car will read it and start (keyless entry and button start only).

The door can be opened with not so much difficulty and you can videos on how to on youtube. What I would suggest is buying one of these LED stripes from aliexpress in ice-blue color and put them around the < shape in the door. Wire it to the ambient light so they run together. The colour should be similar enough and will make for a refreshing look.

I hope this helped. Try not to change the ambient bulbs, they seem to last long and who knows what happens if you fiddled with htem.
