Took 2015 Malibu to garage to fix service airbag message. They said they had to replace the airbag sensor. They did that and then said it had to be programmed and they didn’t have software to do it and it needed to go to a dealership. They couldnt get it into a dealer right away so I picked it up. When I picked it up the service stablitrak warning is now on. This has never been on before and was not on when I dropped the car off. They claim it has nothing to do with what they worked on. I am sure they caused it somehow. Would them trying to program the airbag sensor with wrong software cause something like this? Would it be an easy programming fix most likely? Thanks
