Hi!
When I started my 2018 Malibu this morning, I noticed that the sound system and radio were not working properly. I am able to hear the click noise when I touch the display screen, but no other sound is working. We have tried the radio, Bluetooth, and plugging our phone into the vehicle. Neither the volume buttons on the dashboard nor the steering wheel are working. When we mess with the volume buttons on the steering wheel, the dashboard just gives us a red line where the volume level would normally be.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
