Greetings from Alaska,
I installed LED lights on a 2019 Chevy Malibu and, unfortunately, they flick every time I stop and the auto-stop starts the car. At night, if I stop at a red light, these lights flick and it looks like I am flashing to the car in front of me.
I have tried 2 different LED sets, and both do the same.
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
Thank you.

LED are sensitive. You could spend hours trying different mfg, checking battery, the capacitor in the fuse block... just go simple and see link below. Make sure you pick "small plug" and if picking an alternative make sure it says "new design" or "waterproof plug update".

Auto Start Stop Eliminator/Delete/Disable for Chevrolet Equinox (2019-2021)/Malibu (2019-2021)/Cruze (2019-2021) and for Cadillac XT4 (2018-2021)/XT5 (2019-2021)/XT6 (2018-2021) https://a.co/d/cTJGPfg

I've been around Wasilla a bunch of times. I have an uncle that lives in the Birchwood/Chugiak area. I wish I was up in Alaska.

2x The LED are super sensitive to the voltage drop when engine restarts unlike regular filament bulbs. No different than when you first get in the car and night and crank it up. Stopping the auto stop is the only cure for the flicker when using LED headlight bulbs.

Some do and some don't, you'll just have to try many different one to fine the ones that don't. Even HID's does it too, I have aftermarket HID kit on my 2017 Malibu and sometimes the HID's flick with auto-stop starts the car but the funny thing is sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't and it alternates the flick left and right.
