I have a 2022 premier 2.0T and was looking into maybe getting a performance chip for more horsepower and mpg but didn’t know if it would actually work or where to get one that’s of good quality. Also any recommendations on cold air intakes?

If you check around the various threads on those 2 subjects, you'll pretty much find the following in almost every case:
  1. Performance chips do not exist. They are a scam. If you want more performance, contact Trifecta.
  2. You have a cold air intake from the factory! As a matter of fact, it's colder on your turbocharged I-4 than on my NA V6. You have a charge air cooler (aka intercooler) and I don't. Adding an aftermarket CAI is just throwing your money into the air (pun intended) and letting your engine ingest warmer air than if you were to leave it alone.
In short, find other things that bring added value and/or performance instead of junk or what you've heard about or seen in the movies.
