I tried searching the forum but I didn't find anything so I apologize if this is a duplicate.

Problem 1) There seems to be a rattle coming from the rear deck, I guess it would be called, where the rear speakers are, the part in the back window?

Problem 2) There are bugs and random things in my overhead lights where my moonroof switch are

Problem 3) There seems to be a clunking noise in the car, somewhere around the front wheels, when I hit a bump.

Has anyone had anything like this? Am I hearing things in regards to the clunking noise in the front of the car? Is that something that has always been there, and I am just noticing it??

Since you seem to have a sunroof, make sure the noise isn't coming from the roof/headliner. See http://www.sandyblogs.com/techlink/2009/01/sunroof-noises.html for possible sources. It'd help if you could isolate the area yourself before taking it in. Otherwise, they may have to do unnecessary teardowns (potential new noises).

Take it in and let them figure out how the crud is getting into the roof console (probably a sunroof issue).

The last issue could be a lot of things including TSB 06-02-32-007D http://cid-54465800aad91b49.office.live.com/self.aspx/pub/TSB^_06-02-32-007D.pdf. Search the forum for other causes and remedies.

As for the bugs, just pop the cover off and clean them out.

I had a similar (if not the same) clunk in the rear deck as you stated. One day the wifey had the shade pulled up across the rear window, and I never heard the clunk again, until I put it back down. Not saying its whats going on over on your end, but its a thought
