The big things I feel the LS is missing is the
Auto dimming with compass rear view mirror,
heated exterior mirrors,
Radio controls on the steering wheel,
6 speed transmission, and the
garage door openers built into the head liner lighting compartment.
If you can live without all those things the LS is a fine car.
