Air Conditioning Noise

I have the very same issue when AC is on and the fan at lowest speed. It's not the AC cycling but may be coming from there. I would say that the noise is chronic. Actually sounds like a quiet pigeon (ie. brrrrooo-ing) and cycles every couple of seconds. Definitely not the chirp of the compressor coming on though. I guess brrroooo-ing is about the same as woffiling

Anyone else having this noise coming from the engine compartment (just in front of the passenger-side firewall). For those of you who watched Battlestar Gallactica 20 hears ago, it kinda sounds like the sound of a Cylon's laser eye when it moves from left-to-right-to-left-to-right

Like I said before....like a pigeon brrrroo-ing. Check-out this funny youtube video of a kid that actually makes the same noise that my car makes intermittently (but not when it goes in for service):
