Hi all. I live in an Apartment Complex. And do not have access to an AC Outlet. What I need is a Car Buffer that is either Cordless. Or (Preferably) runs on 12V Cigarette port. I have an OLD one from Sears. Its about 10 years old.

Thanks

I found several on ebay doing a search for 12v car buffer. Most had cig lighter plugs :)

Your not buffing that new Hyundai are you? I would advise against it unless you are experienced with using a buffer. You can burn the paint if your not careful. A nice hand waxing with a quality carnauba wax like Meguires Gold Class should work fine. I used it on my Malibu recently and it looks great.

Thanks Velocity5. I have been using this buffer for about 10 years. Its a Random Orbit.

I have used a Right Angle Buffer/Polisher before. Learned when I worked at the Nissan dealer back in 95. Makita makes a nice one. Expensive. A bit more proffesional than I need.

Wax? I use Meguires Cleaner Wax. Since I usually dont have alot of time. It works pretty good. Even on the Scooter. Removes alot of bug marks.
