Can you? Sure, so long as the brake caliper doesn't touch the inside of the rim.
Should you? No, unless it's an emergency. In that case, drive much slower, especially if the wheel is on the front.
Why do I say that? One of the stock sizes for 2011, which I own as well, is 225/50R18. If you compare the overall size (click here) you'll see that when the speedo shows 80, the car is actually going 70, which is 1/8 or 12.6% less. In order to actually be going 80, the speedo would have to show 92.
