automatic night head-lights on 99 malibu

Boy it is frustrating sometimes when I need to turn my car and not have the headlights turn on automaticly. So a while back I got the manufacture 3 book manual, for $14 off ebay: everyone else wanted $60 -70. But these books can be confusing so I am turning to you.

What fuse is the automatic headlight system (know it is the engine fuse box)?
And a side note the fuse or module for the door chime?
