I have a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu and I went to engage the emergency brake the other day and I heard a loud pop. The e-brake pedal now has no tension to it and when I looked closer at my pedal I saw a little metal ball that looked to have snapped off. Does anyone know how hard it would be to replace the cable. I have heard that it is a single cable up front and then around the center console area it t's off and goes to both of the back wheels. Also where is a good place to get the cable? Thanks in advance for the help.
