Can't find connect USB device for removal

The device isn't saved in the device history, nor is it a bluetooth device. It was on here when I got the car.

please tell us what year and model of Gen 8 Malibu you own...those photos do not look like OEM GM radios to me...perhaps someone before you replaced the stock radio with this one???

It looks like a 2019+ gen9 menu interface and dash setup. Need more info about the vehicle and the problem.
