I have a 2013 Malibu and when I turn it shuts off and then when I come to a stop it shakes. When I then have to pull off it turns off or takes a while to actually go. I am not sure of what direction to go in and what to change. Please help me this is so dangerous to drive. I have seen allot of the 2013 Malibu with the same issue please help.

If it's safe to do, get a video of it happening, then schedule an appointment with a shop, most likely a dealer.
If the CEL turns on, have the codes read and share them here, but it may take more than our members can do over the internet.
