Wash it EVERY DAY! It deserves to be just as clean as you are!!!

Seriously, I wash mine about every two weeks with wax rinse and do a quick wax 2 - 3 times per year. I live near the beach and I want to make sure my inve$tment stays SEXY!

You can wax any smooth surface. I don't know how necessary it is, but if you like to see the raindrops bead up on that area I say go for it.

Best thing you can do for them! prevents your lights from hazing over, I wax everything on my LTZ lights,trim,windows it all gets a good coating of wax, but use a good wax that doesn't stain the black trim with white residue

Is there a good wax with some color in it? Waxing a white car with white wax can be a challenge.

Ultimate Liquid Wax is what I use, the key is to use the liquid as it will not leave residue but the Paste will, I always kept a bottle of TW Ice specifically for the black trim, does an X-cellent job on all my vehicles. Waxing a white car is a challenge, I like to take my time and go panel by panel, always checking to ensure complete coverage until the car is covered in wax, and giving the car another coat of wax after 24 hrs will ensure that nothing was missed

I wash weekly or sometime twice a week depending. I will wax the car monthly to keep the car protected, but this is after a full detail with paint correction in the spring. My car is outside all the time and this has been working well for me to keep my obsessive side calm.

Malo83: Thanks for the info, I may try that liquid wax. Sounds like you do a good wax job. I try to do a good thorough job too, but that 2nd coat, That's dedication.

Thanks! the second coat is just to ensure the whole car is coated plus it's almost like therapy for me, away from the hustle and bustle lets me unwind
