I had code p0013 so I replaced the camshaft position selanoid also replaced the fuel pump. The car will turn over but won't start so I pulled the fuel pump relay in the trunk and plugged it back in and the car starts. I'm not getting any codes. Any ideas on what to do would be greatly appreciated!

That fuse box in the trunk has seen it's share of problems. I would carefully disassemble the box looking for corrosion and chaffed wires. Switch the fuel pump relay with the horn relay if possible. Disconnect the battery before doing any of this work. Best case scenario would be to find and obvious poor connection. Where the wires leaving this box enter the interior of the car has been a trouble spot for damaged wires.

We did put a different fuse box in the trunk but we will check the wires were they go inside of the car for bad wires.
