Chevy Malibu 2010 2.4 LS. Car will turnover, start but won't stay running. Check light is on and Code comes up P0011 & PO449.

I'm thinking EVAP system vent purge valve solenoid located under the hood right next to the engine. It could also be the actual evap canister under the car next to tank. This car has a history with fuel issues. The fuel pump was recently replaced. How can I diagnose what's going on here more accurately ? Any ideas or suggestions?

Cleared the codes, try to restart it same thing it starts up but does not stay running shuts of after few seconds. Rescan the p0011 went away but now p0621 showed up. Wondering if might be some faulty wiring. Still thinking it's that purge valve.
