Hi there, is there any way to get a free carfax report without paying for it. I only want to use it once, it is for a 2010 Malibu im considering. Any help would be appreciated.

I would ask the seller or Dealer to provide one free of charge or your not interested. I think they should be more than happy to provide one for you, or, another future buyer if the the car is a good one. My dealer that I bought my used from a month ago, provided a free carfax report.

If you have AAA at the Premier level (not the Basic or Plus levels) you can get 2 free CarFax's each subscription year. At least this is true in the Western and Central New York club.
