If it was a dealer installed accessory, then they should be responsible for proper installation, and the problems a wrong installation causes. If once it's installed right - the actual service/ equipment doesn't work then I would expect GuidePoint to take care of the issues.

If the dealer installed it maybe the Chevrolet customer service can help to get them to straighten things out. The 800 number should be in your owners manual/ paperwork
