Well I made a post here a few weeks ago about my car dying. Heres a little recap, my cars headlights wouldn't shut off and my car died three times even though my headlamps were always set to auto. I brought it to the dealership which said that the GuidePoint in my car was tapped into my pink wiring harness which was for my DRLs, the dealer said to call GuidePoint for a refund.

Called GuidePoint, talked to the supervisor who said they are not the ones who should be contacted for a refund, that i should call a place called MyCorps or something like that. I called MyCorps who then says that they are not the ones to hand out a refund that the dealer should give me a refund since i got it from the dealer. I called the dealer and they said they will look into it and for 4 days now they haven't called me back about the issue. I plan on calling again tomorrow to see whats going on but does anyone have any advice? who do you think should be giving me a refund? i bought it from the dealer so should they be the ones giving me the refund or is it GuidePoint because they screwed up? I spent 800 dollars on that crap and i dont wanna be left with nothing since tha could've been 800 dollars of gas in my car instead.

well the dealer told my dad to schedule an appointment through them to have the system installed, i got it about 2 weeks later and the install guy came directly to my house to put it in, and also when i was at the dealer talking about the problem the guy i was talking to said the installer spliced my pink wiring harness for my DRLs, so i guess this would be from the dealers service department, correct? no other shop was ever involved in this, strictly the Chevy Dealership
