Long story short, some knuckle heads broke the door on my center divider (the flap that folds up). The hinge looks pretty in tacked but the plastic broke so it needs to be replaced. Anyone know where i can order this part?

That sucks -- I recently had a run in with a poor decision by a friend when my trunk got opened by the word MALIBU. The L popped off, and i ridiculed him horribly.

I bought the 3M emblem tape though the I believe is what the factory uses and was able to address at home. Grrr frustrating that giving people rides causes grief sometimes beyond the time and effort haha

Autozone should have it in stock, they have small and larger rolls available.

i am referring to the lid on the center divider. i got lucky and found a lid on ebay for $30, should be here by Monday, will keep everyone updated.

Been on the lookout for a similar part for my Silverado and have had no luck just getting that lid. Do keep us posted.

So i was able to get my center divider lid put on yesterday. The process was extremely easy, there is only 3 hex screws holding the lid on its self. The end of the center divider panel pops off (2 clips) with ease.

^^ this is the ebay store i found the lid at. i denno if its just me, but the lid looked black (i have a black lid). But when it came in the mail, the lid was actually dark brown and did not match. So what i did was completely disassembled the new lid and used the parts that were not broken on my original lid. That way i was able to use the leather part of my old lid with the new lids under parts. Sorry for being so wordy, but i hope that made sense.

Perfect sense, and a perfect solution! You canabalized the parts off two lids to make one that works.

Sometimes on eBay you don't get exactly what they say, color-wise. I don't know the frequency but I've heard about it more than a few times. Sorry you got the wrong color but glad you were resourceful enough to get it all to work!
