Changed tail light on 2014 Chevy Malibu LT, now turn signal light on that side is not working

Any ideas on what's happening here? I had to change the tail light, and now the turn signal light is not working. Arrow flashes fast on dashboard. Made sure both the tail light and turn signal bulbs were secure, and made sure the sockets were twisted to the right until they both clicked. Having no look finding answers elsewhere.

If anyone here has any ideas I'd greatly appreciate it.
