Good point, I did mine. Took less then 2 hours for all 4. Make sure you clean them WELL.You should paint the calipers. They sell kits at most large auto parts stores, the work can be done in the driveway on a weekend.
I didn't mean just the caps, I meant the spokes too. Just leave a chrome lip.Yeah, i think color matched caps would look good on the rims, but they dont make caps for my wheels and i just wanted chrome.
I'll prolly be painting my calipers, bowties soon.

Absolutely. Clean is a must or the paint will look dingy and may flake. I recommend some brake cleaner and a good wire brush.Make sure you clean them (calipers) WELL.
