I have a 1997 Malibu LS, and this past Saturday, my Check Oil light came on. I shut off the car, waited a few minutes, and restarted it. The light never came back on for the rest of the drive. Today, it happened again. I made a service appointment for Monday, but is it safe to drive? I haven't heard any odd noises.
