Hey all. I was looking to chrome delete the sides of my 2017 LT; in particular the chrome trim along the windows. Does anyone have any recommendations to achieve this? Tired various shops and they are charging 250-350$ for the whole process. Keep in mind that these shops are not adding any sort of warranty in case the vinyl begins to peel which is evitable but it sucks to have to spend a lot of money for this!

Quality custom wrapping costs money. I agree $250-350 is a lot of money, but it is what it is. Just swapping black side markers and black wheel center caps on my SS cost me around $200 and that's with zero labor cost.

Do it yourself! I think I bought a roll of 2" x50', and. 12"x5' for the rear quarter window trim. Those were the hardest parts due to the multiple converging angles and changes in width. I think I had to do one twice and one three times to get it perfect. It's been on about 5 months now, and still looks great. Took me around 2 hours to do the whole car
