cloud rider chrome grill

Has anybody bought or seen the cloud rider chrome grill inserts... I travel on a nasty hi-way with alot of semi trucks. I was doing an oil change the other day and saw that my condensor is taking alot of hits. I would like to cover it to try and protect it.

What do you guys think or do you have any sugestions.....

Hmmmm, that looks kinda nice. I think I'd scuff it and paint it black but that's just personal taste. I like the practicality it offers and I'd bet it doesn't affect the airflow enough to cause any worries. Have you found a price yet?

Not a huge fan of bling... but if it protects the condenser it might be a good idea.

No, not missing anything at all. The "let me google that for you" is what makes me laugh.:D

And for a nice mesh grill check out one of our vendors, scroll down to the vendor section and look at CarId. They should have those grills.;)

The car safed my life.......... I walked away, covered in glass but ok.. Funny part is at the same time I hit the moose I met 2 cops. The first cop said he saw this black thing flying through the air when he went by. The second cop said all he saw was sparks, from my car bottoming out and scraping the pavement, then the moose in front of him after it flew off the back of my car. He hit it and wrecked his car too.

Sounds pretty intense -- Closest I've been to a moose was "Northern Exposure." And it seems like deer to alot of damage... It looks like you hit a whole flock of them :)
Glad you're OK and that it was biased towards the passenger side... hope you did not have a passenger? Very scary, and I'm assuming it came out of the brush or was moving fast as I've heard they can.
Best wishes on finding a replacement and dusting yourself off from that one!

Oh, awesome. Yeah, I guess if all did work out as well as it did, why not go back to it. Glad to hear the safety systems all performed.

Airbags? ABS? Onstar? Did the passenger airbag go off/was there a passenger?

Just wondering -- hate to think of any accident as a "test" but more of anything you can tell us all as to help us if anything god forbid happened to us while driving.
