So I get this thick envelope in the mail today. It's a 2010 Customer Satisfaction Study in regards to my Malibu purchase.
It's not from GM or the dealership and it's pretty long, about 7.5 pages. At the end of the survey, there is a $2.00 cheque made out to me.
Initially, I thought it was to pay for the postage to mail the survey back but I got a pre-paid envelope and I also have the choice to fill out the survey online.
Has anyone else received a similar survey with a cheque attached to it? It seems kind of odd.
Never received anything like that for the Malibu. I have received a survey form of some kind but not car related a couple years ago with two $1.00 bills with it for my time. I never filled out the survey and I put the $2.oo in my pocket!
