Anyone have a good suggestion on the next step I should take about a dealership ignoring the concerns with my Malibu? I called the dealership's general manager twice and he has also not returned my calls. Im really frustrated with my vehicle and the dealership.

I had that happen to my first one. I left and went to one who cares.
