I'm looking for a software program that I can basicly put in all the info on my car and it will put a 3d image of my car that I can rotate around and go inside the engine bay and put in dimensions to do custom pipe work. for example: go into the engine bay and put a turbo on the engine and see the dimensions to put the piping for the intake side. If anyone knows of any software programs out there that is similar to this please let me know and It doesn't matter if its free or high price I would just like to know if there is a program out there or if one needs to be made.

I haven't heard of engineering tools like that being offered. Are you testing the waters?

The only thing I know of is a program called Solid Works. It should let you do that but I'm not positive, also its not cheap.

I plan on tryin to create a program that does that for my car and if it works I plan on putting more cars on there. That is if I don't find a program already made that does that.

That sounds like a fun and worthwhile endeavor. I wish I had the kind of free time it's going to take.
