Last Malibu we had was a '72 350 back in 1990. That one was probably cooler, but not better. This 2020 is classier and surely rides better. Actually it's a whole different world.....but isn't everything? lol Anyway, here she is in all her glory.

I do like new angle of the facelift LED DRL over the original gen9. What OE tires (for the RS) do they equip down in The Old North State?
well, mine has Continental Procontact 245-45-18's all way 'round.

Do you have any pictures of the 1972 that you can share here? I'd love to hear more about it.
I have a couple snapshots put away somewhere but they've never been uploaded to anything. That was before 'puters, internet or even cellphones! LOL She was a 2-door with a 350 2-bbl/turbo 350 auto. Bench seat with column shift. But we put bucket seats, console and floor shift from a '76 camaro in it. Overall it wa in good shape except for some quarterpanel rot. We paid a whopping $300 bucks for it in 1989 and drove it home! Gave it a paintjob, intake, headers and a used set of Cragers and drove it for a few years. Sold it in 1991 for $1250. I'll have to try and scan those pics one day.
