I'm trying to remove my flex pipe on my exhaust. I loosened up the input bolts on the input flange but i can't on the output flange. Does anyone know how to take these off?

Lots of PB Blaster or Kroil, wait a day, the lots more.

If that doesn't loosen 'em, then it's time for Mr. Sawzall.

That's a cut them off and drill out the holes on the convertor side so you can use bolts to reconnect them. New gasket needed also.

I don't see any sign of the nuts there were on those studs. I used a ox-acetylene torch on my daughter's Spark to heat the nuts (they were still there but frozen with rust) till they were red hot. They came off easily that way. I don't think there's enough left to work with on yours. The sawzall drilling out what's left is probably the quickest way fix this. Good luck with your repair.
