On 2003 BUs the lights are controlled by the ground side. On the head lights its a blue wire. If you take a relay and feed it fused power to the coil and hook the other side to the high beam ground with a tap it will trigger the relay. Then tap the fog light ground and run it through the relay to ground. It will work for the low beams also. I just put HIDs in a 2003 and did that for the low beams. They take a few seconds to come on so I wanted them to stay on when she uses her high beams. That way they will stay bright. I also put relays on the headlight grounds so the HIDs would not have reduced power on the DRLs. The DRL ground is through a resistor which will be OK for a relay but not the HIDs. It was too much work. On my 2003 Chevy truck the DRLs are separate bulbs so the HIDs are plug and play. There is also a plug and play kit to keep the lows on with the highs for the truck but they switch the power side. You should know its a violation of federal law to have more than 4 lights on at once and all states enforce that.

It's also bad Karma to shine high beams and fog lights at the same time. But, you tend not to think of such things when you're seventeen. It may be why there weren't any replies yet.

Honestly, having the fogs on with the high beams doesn't do any good if the fogs are adjusted correctly. Properly adjusted fogs light up the road right in front of the car, whereas high beams are for distance. If you're in a position to drive with high beams there's nothing that will not be visible without the fogs, or in other words, the fogs won't substantially help your high beams. But it's your car. So long as you put your high beams down when approaching or following then you won't be seen as an inconsiderate driver.
