I have a Chevy Malibu 2014 I just installed fog lights on my car and it was working at first and then I turned it off and the lights didn’t come back on but the relay was making noises but then after awhile the relay stopped making the noise I just don’t know what happen and I just want to know if someone can help?

Pull the relay and swap it with another that has the same # of pins. If that fixes it, replace the relay.
