generally the idea behind HID's are that the light output is higher than Halogen however the temperature is lower so generally speaking how is it possible that my headlamp housings are fogged up by the high beams and everywhere else (they actually aren't that foggy but are 100% not as clear as they used to be) and are clear only where the light of the HID's are emitted.

Has anyone else that fitted HID's to their 08's noticed this? or is it only mine? (btw. I have noticed that since I came back from europe I am having terrible luck with my malibu)

i have hids n they dont fog...on;y problem is da passenger head light goes on n off sometime from da syystem
