So after I got the quirky tail light issue on to the front end whoas... before I changed the shredded front tires I couldn't drive passed 60mph without fear of flipping the car it shook so bad. Understandable, the tires are old and the car sat sedentary for almost a year and a half. Now I have the new tires on and have been putting on about 100 - 150 miles a day. The brakes are within spec and the tires are fresh yet I still have this shimmy. It is not nearly as bad as before the tires, but it is there... I also checked the tie-rods for play - none seen. I was wondering if there are any known half-shaft, bearing, or subframe issues I should be aware of for this gen Malibu.

Get it aligned? An alignment shop will tell you what if any needs to be replaced.
